Don't believe the negative reviews. Every time I've gone there it's been a great experience. The staff is friendly. The facility is very clean. I go early in the morning, so I haven't really run into long lines. From questionnaire kiosk to sitting in the chair to donate, I've never had to wait more than like 20 minutes. If you want to donate plasma in Metro Detroit, this is the place to go!
Wonderful place. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable and they do the best to get you out of there. Pleasant place to visit.
The CSL plasma center in Pontiac is vengeful. Should they decide they don’t like you, they go out of their way to make you angry so they can permanently defer you!!!! I know I have dealt with that. I am sick and tired of their arrogance believing they have the right to be tyrannical. I wouldn’t have given them any stars but I had to give them at least 1 to leave this. Be careful, if you’re not up to their social standards your next!
