This place is a joke! I have donated blood for years and this place has not been a good experience the 4 times I've been. They take a very long time to screen/2-3 hours, the screening staff are polite. But in the back area where the blood is actually drawn, the aids that come around are rude and downright arrogant when asked questions or concerns. I will not be back again!
People complain like mainly staff and wait times, ive always been out in under 2 hours, my complaint is should be paid alot more, hospitals charge thousands for meds using the plasma to insurance companies, pay your employees more to, they deserve it, and Need it!
They told me I was to fat to give blood and the place isn't clean I was only 200 pounds
Terrible service. They don't stick to their opening hours, and the staff is incredibly disorganized. I had to wait forever to be seen, and then they let other people cut ahead of me just because the staff typed my address in incorrectly. They completely disrespect your time. They’re also lying about how much you will receive. I triple checked with staff just to be told the wrong information.
