Recently the rockisland location was closed and everytime we come to the davenport location the line is sooo long outside that its completely embarrassing. It .akrs us look like instead of saving a life we are standing outside waiting on free government cheese. The quadcities consist of 4 cities so now ALLLLLL FOUR CITIES HA E TO DONATE AT ONE LOCATION. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have over 180 donations with CSL...but now I think I might have to go to Bio life

A bit understaffed at times, but the staff are friendly and kind. Facility is clean, up-to-date, and modern.
Long line in waiting ever since they put in new equipment and short staffed
Clean facility, friendly staff and better, faster, new state-of-the-art machines. Aisha and Ashlynn are very accommodating, comforting and attentive to the needs of the donors and do great work about making the procedure pain-free.
