Long line in waiting ever since they put in new equipment and short staffed
Clean facility, friendly staff and better, faster, new state-of-the-art machines. Aisha and Ashlynn are very accommodating, comforting and attentive to the needs of the donors and do great work about making the procedure pain-free.
They put me on a permanent deferral due to my veins. But the other 2 donating places have no problems finding my veins. This place is a joke and don't know what they're doing.
Very clean place and very nice and respectful staff.there is a sometime long wait. I do wish there were more staff to help other at a faster rate but for the staff there they do more as fast as they can.i do wish that the new machines were up and running better than they have been it seems that most of them have been down since they brought them in,but one good thing is it does take less time to donate with the new machines with everything is a good and bad..
