I am very impressed with the CLS Plasma location on Boulder Highway in Henderson. From the start to the end of every donation, the professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, and overall atmosphere make the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming. I’ve donated at another plasma donation center in the past, and hands down, CLS Plasma stands out when it comes to customer service. It’s the people here that make the process so enjoyable. Laura took the time to walk me through the entire 1st time donor process. She also checked in with me on my 2nd visit to see if I had questions. I did & she patiently spent time with me again. I feel like a patient at a very good hospital not just a donor at a plasma center or blood donation site.
I really like it here. All the staff are great and they get people thru fast. They get to know there regular customers and call us by name.
CSL is amazing! Great staff and they are always friendly and always make sure that every person is ok and everything runs smoothly. Shakayla was the first person I spoke to when I first came into CSL she was so friendly and funny. Jackie upfront always makes my day while doing my vitals even if it’s busy she’s always so calm and always smile. Everyone from the front to the back staff is GREAT I will never change plasma places! Thanks everyone awesome work
