Great place! Staff is amazing. Would recommend over the Washington street place, only because the male doctor there. He absolutely makes the place toxic.
I called about 20 times today got no answer to be turned away for what I was calling to ask about . The facility is extremely dirty and I will not be returning to this location . The machine kept messing up the phone wasn’t checking on me, the machine kept going off and she kept dismissing the notification and not asking me what was going on my hand was turning purple from the cuff continuously squeezing and the most she did was move the cord array to the cuff . Someone else had to come over and fix it .
So why is it when I call your number I have to listen to your whole automated bullshit just to actually call your location? Gotta wait till the last option to press 0 on the dial pad to speak with someone, put if I press it immediately, the call goes to shit. Then when I DO wait, you guys dont even answer.
