This site is a joke. It never seems to have enough people working. When it is busy, there's a guy that just sits and stares rather than do anything productive. (Real leaders would do something instead of staring like a clown at a busy lobby. Lazy.) They have 3 bays and only ever use 2 (if that) and half the machines are broken. And god forbid you talk at all before someone assumes you're on the phone. (Why is CSL the only one that doesn't allow phones? Rude)
They tend to take your blood, separate the plasma from it, give your blood back, then hand you $30.
