Great facility and great staff. Seems a real effort is made to provide a fast experience. I am glad to have found this facility. BUT .... CSL app advertises one donation price if visiting on x calendar that day and that is not always what is given post- donation. For example, $100 was advertised and I received $75. I know that it wouldnt be $100 all the time but to see one amount on the app and get given something else feels like a bait and switch. Best center around
The people there were awesome today. The only problem I had was whenever I was done. I only got $42. This makes the third time I’ve done it and I thought I was gonna get 100 so the girl that was finishing me up. She was extra nice but the lady at the desk she was rude and I told her I would never come back. It was so upsetting that I only got 42 bucks thinking I was gonna get 100.! It’s basically a rip off so I wonder what they’re really doing with our plasma they just get you to come in there and then they take it away beca... read more
