For an establishment based on donations, I've never felt so disgusted by this location. I have donated with Csl plasma before and asked for assistance because I wanted to donate today, but instead, it was turned away. I was treated like a new donor and was told that they weren't taking a new ones even tho the location closed in 2 hours?! The lady that had "assisted" me was more worried about showing me out than helping a previous donor.
I was wrongfully accused of being high during my donation today I went through the whole process with no problems. Everything I was supposed to do. Everything came back good for me to donate. They put me on a needle three minutes later. Come back and take me off the needle and accuse me of being high on Suboxone and dropping a Suboxone package on the ground while I was in their facility. Good employees work here. I've been stuck well since coming here the last few weeks. Place is clean and they have newer machines that go quick. Shout out to Kerry. Bro has the touch!! Would 5 star it but payment is too low.
