They gave my partner the wrong donor number and it authenticated her account under a different person's name. After spending multiple hours on the phone with their support line they "fixed it" and she was able to complete her second donation. What they failed to mention until my third attempt to get a solution was that by being authenticated wrong she was ineligible for the referral code and we would be losing out on 100$
I was giving my "individual" patient ID number. It logged me into someone else's account, and it took me multiple tries just to get the correct number. After all of that, I am told that my partner, whose referral code I used, won't get the money for referring me because my name and phone number are still attached to someone else's account. (Dispite 4 separate phone calls to have it fixed and being assured each time that it was fixed.
Neva along with a few other staff member work very hard every day. Have great energy. They put smile on faces. Making you want to only donate at there location.
This place is AMAZING! I have donated at many places, and the experience I've had here is the best! I always ask for Neva as she is highly experienced, gentle when sticking, and always makes my experience fantastic! Ask for her!!
