I used to think this was a great place to donate plasma but last night proved different. This goes to show that one female with a little authority with a power trip can ruin what was a pleasant experience. I received a very important phone call, and now I know you can not have calls while donating, I would have asked for help but it seems like all the employees are too busy talking and joking around. Nena is the best sticker there don't feel it when she doesn't
I tried to donate i had a temporary ID from the dmv. But was told I needed a official piece of mail such as bann statement,lease etc. The next day I return with the same ID and the correct mail. I was then turned away saying I'd have to wait for the actual ID card. I called the national number for csl I was advised it's managers discretion. I feel they didn't want to bother taking the extra time. (Its was not busy either)
Employees are pretty nice, but can’t find a vein for the life of them. Never had issues donating before coming here. Since switching, I leave with atrocious bruises on both arms usually, because they can never seem to stick my actual vein and end up just digging around in my arm(s).
