Everything went perfect and staff are Amazing. Everyone on the staff was respectful. I will return again.
Even though the lines are long . The staff are very freindly . This would be my second donation this week and they have still been on top of there A Game ! Reguardless of the inconsiderate donors . I would recommended to anyone .

Lines are always long. Highly understaffed. The workers are VERY unprofessional and show absolutely no urgency to DO THEIR JOB. The worst place to donate and the least professional, try going to ADMA or any other plasma center. I have overheard many of the workers complaining about not being compensated for their job duties. The manager could care less about the centers long lines and being understaffed because he wants "his bonus to be bigger" I advise no one to waste their time, energy, and plasma on this place and I've be... read more
I lovebthe place staff is nice some of the time until they see the line stretch I waited almost 5hrs they need more ppl n help n have the time kiosk moving slow
There is one good employee name jasmine she is very helpful. I have never had an problem since I have been going. I am always there for about an hour and 30 minutes. Thanks jasmine
Never go to this location. Here why: I literally stood in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting to be registered. Then the incompetent person who was registering people forgot to do my fingerprint and was completely oblivious to it so that was 10-15 mins wasted when I could have been in line to donate. Then I got to the vitals station were another incompetent person kept mumbling under his breath. I kept saying "What? What?" he was speaking very low and fast like he didn't want to be there. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! THE TECH. SAYS THAT SHE HAD ONLY BEEN COLLECTING BLOOD FOR 7 MONTHS AND IT SHOWS ON MY ARM! HUGE BRUISE AND NO DONATION. UNPROFESSIONAL. STAFF IS LOUD AND OPENLY COMPLAINS @ THE HORRIBLE PAY(PLEASE DISCARD MY APPLICATION). MY TECH SHOULD BE HAPPY IF SHE MAKES $5 AN HOUR. HOW ARE YOU ALLOWED TO WEAR GLOVES FROM THE DONOR ROOM TO THE FRONT AND ANSWER THE PHONE AND USE THE COMPUTER WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO EARN CREDENTIALS AND TAKE EXTRA CLASSES IN BEING PROFESSIONAL.
