RecommendedUnfortunately my new heat pump came from the manufacturer with a defect (these things happen but I believe Trane makes a good system) but the team at CSI went above and beyond to fix the problem. I am very pleased with the costumer service and my family and I are nice and cool now.
Incompetent, unprofessional and unethical. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a service company. They installed a new unit that did not function properly within the first year.....10 months later and the problem is still not resolved. I'm tired of their incompetence, lies and disregard for my time and inconvenience. Steven Cherka (the owner) does not keep his word. Avoid at all costs.
we have had several issues with our old heating system. CSI is now replacing our old system with a new one. We were made aware of issues that weren't fixed by another company. Very pleased with the work they have done for us.
CSI Mechanical replaced our air conditioning units and much of our ductwork. I could not have asked for a more professional group to work on our home. Our home has never felt more comfortable. I recommend them without reservation.

Steve Cherka of csi mechanical went above and beyond to help in these hot days until he could get back out to install our new unit. Steve brought out a window unit in which he cut the cord and made it work just so we could have at least some cool air.God sees your work and will bless you for blessing us. We needed a new unit at The United States Presidential Service Center and entrusted our collections, museum, and artifacts to Steven and the whole crew. They did a quick, excellent job!
I have had a problem with condensation pumps for years and no one could figure out exactly how to solve my problem. One visit by CSI and the issue was analyzed and fixed. Steven, Don and Adam followed through and delivered when nobody else could. This is a great HVAC company with an excellent staff and fair service fees. I highly recommend this company to everyone. These guys are fantastic my father in law has a 73 year old hot water heating system. One of the radiator pipes had busted. They repaired the busted line refilled and bleed the system connected a new fuel tank and fired up the boiler. They did exactly what they promised.
