My wife is happy with the results, but I am not happy about the bait and switch billing practice. Typical of our medical system. After reviewing our insurance they claimed that we only needed to pay the $1100 deposit and the insurance would cover the rest. I now have an additional $1400 in bills from both the Conejo Simi Medical office and their "contract" Anesthesia group.
I am so pleased to have found this opthamologist office. Wonderful optomatrist, Dr Benica Eyvazzadeh (Dr E) staff for routine eye exams and more minor eye issues.
Dr. Corwin did a great job and was very patient. Nice office and staff
The front desk is so friendly and kind! I walked in to see smiling faces and a staff ready to assist. Dr. Ebroon is awesome! A great visit all around.
Where to start. Love the doctor hate the practice. Dr Gannam is excellent. Unfortunately the office is a hot mess. Starting with the phone system and through the record keeping. I do not want to leave a great practitioner but I have to because I cant keep driving there for answers. Please owners. Address your issues. Best
