I visited Parker Store CSC of Salinas to have a rigid copper crossover pipe made for an air compressor. I brought in my existing copper line for reference. The employee confirmed they could duplicate the part and said it could be ready as soon as the next morning, as the technician who performs that work was not available that day. I also offered to provide copper tubing I had with me if needed, but was told they would supply the material. Can't thank the staff enough for helping me with a wood splitter issue. Jose helped me out, and went above and beyond on the customer service. Can't thank them enough!

Brought my wood splitter in to have the cylinder seals replaced or to replace the entire cylinder. New cylinder was too Much. Long story short they were suppose to call me before they did anything. Never called. Said they lost my number and finished the repair. I get there and my number is on the tag with the splitter. So I was lied to. And then given a bill much higher than they said it would cost. Wood splitter still not at correct psi.
