This was my experience with CSC management / Cooper Street Capital in Austin, TX. Do not move in. All the units are falling apart and they have done nothing to repair any of them. There is a serious roach and bug problem in all the units and they keep sending exterminators but the bugs keep appearing again. Several neighbors have mentioned the same issues. CSC are absolute slumlords. They do not pay their vendors, they ignore maintenance requests, they are unreachable unless they are hassling you to sign a new lease instead of letting you stay month to month. They have gone through 8 property managers in 2 years, none of which were competent. The newest property manager, Natasha, hung up on my husband when he tried to discuss the new draconian lease with her.
