I have lived here for almost 4 years. I’ll say that most of the time I’ve been here it’s been great. My building is quiet and the caretaker of the building is amazing. However, I have had my license plates stolen now for the second time not to mention there was an incident where a man was shot and killed, then left to die right in my parking lot. Oh, and now they want to raise rent by $100!! The only amenities available is an outdoor poor and on site laundry. No garage spaces are included with any units, no fitness facility ... read more

Went here looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and was told they only allow 2 adults in a 2 bedroom! Was very taken aback since I never heard of such a thing in all my 45 years if exsistence! So it got me wondering since my 3rd adult is my very own child, had we moved in there and she turned 18...would I have had to kick her out or move since they don't allow more than 2 adults in a 2 bedroom?? I loved it. Just what I'm looking for in an apartment. please, tell me how much are you asking for security and rent.
I lived there for 8 years the first 6 and a half were good, then klienmann took over and the place went to hell. the staff got lazy it took 4 months to change a burnt out light bulb in the hallway the washers and dryers were broke 6 months before I moved out who knows if they ever replaced them??? the staff was late getting to work after klienmann took over the walks were not shoveled till later repairs use to be done asap when you reported them but after it took weeks people use to ask me how my apt. place was when they wer... read more
