If I could give a zero stars I would. The worst customer service EVER of any company I have every dealt with. Sends conflicting invoices just about weekly...and never matches what the website or billing should be. Trying to speak to a human takes forever. Canceled service going somewhere better.
We have water delivered every other week at our office. The service is extremely reliable. We also have coffee and hot chocolate and some other beverages delivered. Our deluvery driver is very friendly and he always cleans our water dispenser. We could not be happier with the overall service and products.
Avoid this company. I asked about their service at Costco Orlando and the next week I had 3 - 5 gallon bottles of water sitting at my front door. I had to speak with 3 customer service reps and wait 30 minutes on hold to have them ask the driver to return to PU the water. It took 5 days and 2 more calls to get the water picked up but the company is still sending me a bill months later for that water and I am still on hold trying to clear it. You will be sorry if you sign up for their del service.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I really cannot believe they are in business. Useless staff!
