worst servie ever. no one answer the phone. bill is wrong. can not cancel the service.
Absolutely horrendous service and customer service. I've been trying for WEEKS to cancel my account and have them pic up their stuff but they just keep leaving more crap on my porch every week.
Worst experience ever! This company hasn't delivered scheduled water deliveries multiple times this month! I've called, emailed and escalated my complaints with no response!
This company is absolutely awful to deal with. They can't seem to get orders right, no matter what. The customer service is nonexistent—it's all automated, and you can't speak to an actual person. It’s beyond frustrating! Honestly, you’re better off going to a store and handling things yourself. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.
