I visited Crystal Springs Dental today, while the staff was professional and friendly, Dr. Nic’s comments about my previous dental work felt dismissive and judgmental. She said, 'I have seen a lot of teeth from China look like this,' which did not feel like a professional way to explain the situation. It made me feeling uncomfortable. I hope the clinic can address this and be more respectful and supportive for their patients.
Doctor Jennifer is very friendly and done great work with my fillings. Currently working on my implants with her and I have no doubt about this procedure as well! Also, I really have to mention about Michell at the front desk as well. She has been always helpful scheduling our family’s appointment in most efficient ways. I’m grateful to have such a trustful local dentist close from my house!
I had a great first experience here. I got seen right on time & Dr. Nic was extremely thorough, kind, and careful with her treatment. She took her time & explained everything she was doing. Staff were all friendly & I felt very cared for. Definitely will be coming back!
I made the switch to this dental office earlier this year when my prior dental office no longer took my insurance. It was a very difficult decision to make as I absolutely loved my prior dentist. I heard good things about Crystal Springs while doing my research. I have been in twice now for cleanings and they have been fantastic. Their staff is friendly and caring and Dr. Jenn is wonderful. I have not needed any major work done yet, but I am sure when the time comes, I will be in excellent hands.
No matter which team I work with here, I'm always impressed. I have sensory issues and it's taken into account every visi. In my case, we skip polishing. Other accomodations are available, including pillows, blankets, and stress balls. I bring my own headphones and listen to music while my mouth is worked on. The team's communication is top notch - they let me know what's happening every step of the way, and recommend options that work within my needs and abilities.
