I had such a wonderful experience at crystal springs dental!! Brook ,the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was AMAZING. She was so gentle, polite, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time .She really cares about her patients and explains everything clearly. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist. Mostly out of anxiety for the poking and prodding that comes with a dental exam. I used to go to community health clinic and my experience there was fine. But at Crystal Springs it was a lot more personable. All the staff were friendly. The dental hygienist Stef really made sure I was comfortable. I have some things to work on dental wise but never felt like I was being lectured or talked down to for where I was at. They are the best. Jenn is phenomenal and so nice the front office team Michelle and others are fantastic. Many folks hate going to a dentist but they make it fun and comfortable.
This was my first visit to the dental office, and I was genuinely impressed by how kind and welcoming everyone was. Dr. Stinde took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examine a tooth that has been bothering me for almost a year.
