Every time I call, the support staff is so helpful and caring! The delivery guys always help us with the heavy lifting.
Employees smoke inside warehouse and don't not test water. Outdated, clean water machines with algae water. Extremely racist employees! Get your water in Arcata! If I could give zero stars I would.
This has been by far the most unprofessional company i have had the displeasure of doing buisness with in all of humboldt county. I consistently received broken bottles that leaked all over the floor over the course of a year. I was charged for bottles that were never received and had to argue to get the charges removed. Even then they only removed a portion of the charges but i was over arguing about it. Finally enough was enough and i chose to close my account because of the lack of professionalism. These people could not tell me what they were charging me for in my invoice. I haven't received water from them in over 6 months. they send me a bill saying they delivered water multiple times when I wasn't even in the state. The drivers don't leave any bottles if there's not any empty bottles there. how can these drivers have left all this water for me that you guys charge me for and I never received it.
