They never submitted my paperwork to insurance so I can have my teeth fixed. No follow up from the office. When I followed up they told me it takes 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months and insurance verified they never submitted my paper work. Stay away at all cost.
Normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this one is necessary. This office (Crystal Smiles LLC, formerly No Tears Dental) shot me with Novocaine and then told me to reschedule 20 seconds later — before anything was even done. Ask yourself: Imagine getting injected with Novocaine by a dentist… and then they just leave you in the room and tell you to reschedule. That’s exactly what happened to me. The Worst we have ever dealt with!! It took, 4 injections, three different women dentists, to pull one tooth!! They broke the tooth in half. The other half, they left it in. Saying they couldn’t get it out. Gave us 22 names of oral surgeons, to pick one of them! Unbelievable! The reviews on those 22, three quarters of them, had very bad reviews. Bad service !!!! My daughter got work done and on purpose the dentist messed up the tooth next to it and then gave a referral for braces which I had already paid for out of pocket . Shame on these people .
