The staff has always been super kind in the front and very accommodating in the back. No push, even for a toddler oral care. Dr. Zhou always take the time to make sure you understand treatment plan before next step. They care about child and are not pushing higher cost items like X-rays if they are not needed. They do everything they can to make the child comfortable.
Such a great dentist and staff! My first visit was amazing! They were so patient and helpful to my crowns in the following months. I highly recommend them.
RecommendedIt’s been two years since my son and I first walked into Crystal smile. At that time, My son’s up-front teeth got chipped in a game and the recommended treatment plan was very complicated and painful (by our former dentist) —the leftover need a extraction—then root canal treatment—plant a temporary fake teeth—a permanent one could be installed once he reached his age of 25. I love this office. The team at Crystal Smile is professional. I feel comfortable and safe during my dental work and my teeth have never felt better. They explain things very clearly and offer several solutions to me before treatment. I love this place and will continue to drive from Greensboro to Cary for this team!
