Went today for a physical, and thought it was pretty good. Was in and out in ~20 minutes. Got my vitals checked, spoke with the doctor, and had my blood drawn for an exam. Everyone was very efficient and professional, and didn't waste time on small talk, so maybe that's part of the reason for the low average rating.
Have been using Crystal Run for 9 years. Had an appointment with Urgent Care today. Dr. G and her staff were exceptional. I felt very comfortable and so well informed. I highly recommend Urgent Care and if you can request Dr. G.....do so ...you won't regret it.
