HIPAA CONCERN covered up and completely mismanaged. When I went to the front desk to ask them to note my Daughters chart about a possible HIPAA concern they completely dismissed my concerns and stated they will handle my complaint. Ive been going to crystal run in monroe since 2016. Recently,stretching back to roughly about 2023, i have noticed a significant decrease in patient care. It’s been taking roughly 30+ minutes waiting on hold just to speak to someone, which hasn’t been helpful with my concerns lately anyways, so complete waste of time . I am also told to use the online optum site but i do not get timely responses to my medication refill requests or reply’s to messages from my doctor. Run as fast as you can away from Crystal Run! If you are looking for "Enhanced care, built on trust," this is the wrong place to care for yourself. This business is one of the worst I ever encountered. The place is unprofessional, negligent, unkind, untimely, and straight up hazardous for you. It took a review to get a response. Don't get it but patient services was able to have someone reach out to me. Not sure why my doctors office couldn't see 6 emails regarding my medication without patient services getting involved.
