The apartment I moved into was dirty. I found several dead flies including a mound in a corner. All the window sills were filthy. The garage is super dusty. There was very little consideration given for a proper move in. The bedrooms aren’t ventilated well. The garage door from other units are disruptive during the early hours. Given all these unsanitary issues they want to charge me for wanting to move out. I like to give the benefit of the doubt given the other negative reviews but this makes sense now, don’t recommend.
I have been a tenet at a commercial location Crystal Property Management manages for 8 years and I am very thankful for all of their efforts. They truly care about their clients, tenants and the properties! The day to day operations run smoothly because they are responsive to address any issue that may arise. They also keep up on the maintenance without me even having to ask. I am thankful for the ease of working with a management team that truly cares! Thank you for your top notch care and hard work!
