One of the worst property management I have ever dealt with
I have paid HOA dues to this company for over 7 years. Outside house maintenance is something that is included in the HOA. For the first time in 7 years I needed some work done. On June 10th, I filed a work order and was told that it would be taken care by the 14th. The 14th came and went, I sent follow up emails, calls and texts to try and get a follow up. We had a great experience with Crystal Property Management moving into our new place in Thornton. Everything about the application process was smooth and the house was spotless when we moved in. Fresh carpet, clean walls, the whole nine yards. Very happy with overall.
