Since I live here I had my car stolen and three packages . They have no cameras or any form of security. So other words your over paying for below par service and security.
It's only been a week but loving it so far. Everyone is friendly, Mary in the leasing office is the BEST! And maintenance if right on top of anything that needs attention. Very happy!
I have been living in this community for about 4 months now, and I like it so far. They maintain considerable clean all areas, friendly office leasing staff, specially Mary who is constantly caring about tenants needs and always willing to help. I have had a couple of minor issues in my apartment and the maintenance crew's responses have been really fast. I think administration could improve the parking spots availability though, specially at late night hours. WD.

Had a water leak Sunday. Fixed Monday morning. It doesn't get any better then that. GOOD JOB
Terrible place to live. NO PARKING EVER. There's "NOTHING they can do about it". Management is careless and rude. I would never recommend anyone to rent here.
Great place to live; friendly staff; in the middle of the shopping district, and very private.
Crystal Palms is the best complex I've ever lived in. I've lived here for 4 years and for the size of their units I must say they have the best prices. The staff is super friendly. Mary and Sonyia is always willing to help. They also have the fastest maintainance team in the business heading my Mike.
