I drive across town to come here to see Tiffanie. To say she is amazing is an understatement. She takes her time and has never disappointed. There is nothing she can’t do in regards to design. Give her a picture and she will do it!

I’ve gotten multiple pedicures here and have been met with kindness, zero pressure or attempt to upsell, and today had Van do a set of hard gel for me. She was efficient, kind, and did such a great job with the design I showed her. Thank you so much!
My 12 year old daughter made a design for what she wanted on her gel nails, I went to a few other nail salons to ask if they can do it, showing them the picture, and they all said no. I finally walked into Crystal nails and honestly thought they were going to say no but they immediately said yes and sat her down, picked the colors and started working on it, we didnt even have an appointment! The nails came out so beautiful 😍 my daughter was so excited to start school with nails she designed 😊 definitely coming back here
Giving this salon a 2 star only because I came here for almost a year before a really bad experience (it's very close to my house). I walked in for a milky white French tip this week but a lady with blonde hair told me that my nail beds were "too dark" for the style when I showed her a picture of what I wanted.
