Went in as a walk in for a gel polish change on the toes which was around $35, the lady at the front desk said the pedicure was $49 so I decided to go with that, sat down and the lady told me it was $125 just for my toes. I politely got up because why is the prices so different? I’ll just go to Best nails and spa where your nails and toes is both $150 together…
They were very rude and made me feel anxious and uncomfortable. Also $60 for a pedi where theres only really exfoliation is kind of weird honestly... they dont do massages or really try. Id really avoid this place if you can...
The customer service is trash, they will sit there and laugh and talk about you in their language. The nails are ok, I got a fill/gelx and the lady that did them(didn't even catch her name) left a few bubbles on my nails and some are uneven from the french tip. However, the worse part was that she cut me not once, but twice! It's 2026 and nail salons are still cutting?! They need to invest in some good training because it's ridiculous. I'm so upset that it’s night time and my cuts are still burning and hurting thanks to her.... read more
