The customer service is trash, they will sit there and laugh and talk about you in their language. The nails are ok, I got a fill/gelx and the lady that did them(didn't even catch her name) left a few bubbles on my nails and some are uneven from the french tip. However, the worse part was that she cut me not once, but twice! It's 2026 and nail salons are still cutting?! They need to invest in some good training because it's ridiculous. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phillip did an amazing job on my Gel-X manicure and gel pedicure! He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My nails came out beautiful, clean, and exactly how I wanted them. The Gel-X set looks flawless, and my pedicure was equally amazing. His attention to detail and care really stood out. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results. I highly recommend Phillip to anyone looking for high-quality nail services. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after giving Amy at Crystal Nail Lounge a second chance, I honestly feel people should know what to expect. I had Amy once before about two years ago and remembered her being rough, impatient, and rude.
