I love my Dodge Charger,, but I always have nothing but problems at that service department. I have NEVER in the 12 times I have been there,, left happy.. and I have posted all over the internet,, YES buy a Dodge,, but DONT buy it at Crystal.. they just don't care.... there is just no other answer. no matter what I ask for ,, it gets messed up. now that my car is older I will not be taking it to that dealer any longer. they just are awful. sorry Crystal .. I even looked twice at a new vehicle.. but would NEVER buy one from y... read more

I had a very good experience with Craig Nielsen at Crystal for Sales... he was honest, easy to talk to and made the experience enjoyable! Good salesperson and would highly recommend him to anyone! Also, had Garrett in the Finance Dept. and even though I misunderstood some things and made him some extra work, he was very understanding and made me feel at ease.
