After 3 unreturned phone calls, I realized that the managers at Crystal Chrystal Dodge Jeep Ram of Brooksville resolve customer issues by ignoring them. This is the thanks you get for buying 4 ( almost a 5th as I was ready to buy on 1/11/17 ) cars in 10 years!
