DO NOT go to this medical facility. They will lie to you in order to get you in the door and steal your money. I was referred to them from the dentist and made an appointment to get my daughter's wisdom teeth out months ahead of time. I spoke with them over the phone, gave them insurance information, several times, and was assured all was good. Crystal Lake Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery not only accommodated me but made the whole experience as painless as possible. Dr. Ozment and Kayla were awesome. I was very nervous when I got there, and they set me at ease, and we were out of there in 2 hours. What a professional, yet comfortable place! Thank you.
