I can't say enough good things about this office. The staff is wonderful. I had two teeth extracted and they made it a stress-free experience. They were courteous and professional, starting with initial consultation through the surgery. I had surgery on Friday and they called to check on me on Monday. Dr. Ozment made me feel comfortable and was terrific when it came to the procedure. I would recommend this practice very highly to everyone.
DO NOT go to this medical facility. They will lie to you in order to get you in the door and steal your money. I was referred to them from the dentist and made an appointment to get my daughter's wisdom teeth out months ahead of time. I spoke with them over the phone, gave them insurance information, several times, and was assured all was good. They never bothered to tell me that they were out of network, so none of my insurance benefits applied. And none of the outrageous bill I paid go toward my annual deductible. They lie... read more
My name is Dominic DeMicco. I had a cracked tooth and needed emergency surgery on Monday, 8-14. Crystal Lake Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery not only accommodated me but made the whole experience as painless as possible. Dr. Ozment and Kayla were awesome. I was very nervous when I got there, and they set me at ease, and we were out of there in 2 hours. What a professional, yet comfortable place! Thank you.
