I have been a patient at Crystal Lake Dental Arts since 1983 and Dr. Rempert and his staff continue to care for their patients above and beyond as the previous staff did. They are caring, funny, personal, professional and provide fantastic dental service. They are family and care for the person, not just your teeth! THANK YOU Dr. Gary and team!
How can you call a dental appointment gracious? When they are courteous at every turn, when they make certain that you have every amenity possible during your appointment, when every word is encouraging and full of education and last but not least, you get a flower when you leave!
Amy was great. very professional. She took care to make sure I was comfortable, and made sure I had taken my pre meds as I had my knee replaced and as a precaution i have to take antibiotics prior to my appointment. Unfortunately I have been to many dentists over the years and I can say without hesitation Dr. Rempert is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He gentle, professional and makes sure you know what is going to happen and keeps you posted through out the procedure. Highly reccomended!
One cannot find a better Doctor...
I have been coming here for years and always receive a complete examination and cleaning. Staff is very friendly and the doctor takes time to talk to me and answer all my questions.
Dr. Rempert and his staff are amazing all the way around! I have never experienced pain in his dental chair and the office staff is always so helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Rempert and Crystal Lake Dental Arts.
Very friendly and courteous staff with a willingness to help a patient. The patient always comes first as to comfort. They even gift you with a flower after a service was completed. Dr. Rempart has a good listening ear and is so good at explaining what he is doing during the procedure.
Love the attention and care given to my check-ups!
