A TOP NOTCH OFFICE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE...
This is the first place I have gone since the pandemic started that has made me feel totally comfortable with my surroundings. Grocery shopping, eating out, getting take-out, gas stations, restrooms, banks, ATMs...all are a trauma. Someone is not following the rules! My dentist office, of all places (some people don't like dentist offices) had me call the day before so they could ask questions. I have been a patient of Crystal Lake Dental Arts for many years, 20+, and tell anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist to make an appointment with Dr Rempert. He is always so kind, taking his time to explain any work necessary beyond my regular cleaning visits and is very gentle. His staff is always wonderful too, very personable and friendly. I highly recommend Crystal Lake Dental Arts.
Never had any problems with this Dental service, been coming here for over 30 years
The office is clean (super clean especially now with Covid!), the staff are friendly, my hygienist is concerned with my comfort throughout the cleaning. I have been going for years and have never had any complaints. They have also gone out of their way to keep people safe and protected in regards to the coronavirus.
I have anxiety at the dentist and their team and Dentist are so patient and caring. I wouldn’t consider another Dentist.
