This apartment complex I would have to say is the worst. They dont try to fix anything. The garages are rotting away. We have had a problem with water pouring down out side our sliding doors because the gutters are pulled away from building weve had water come out of our air vent dumping onto our furniture during a hard rain due to the gutter situation our bathroom sink leaked from the first day. They came out and fixed it supposedly 4 times until recently they changed it. I guess we have asked for to much by having problems... read more

Do NOT move here! The whole entire experience since we moved in has been a hassle. Maintenance requests don’t get fulfilled unless you call and even then you have to wait 3 months. We were supposed to get new countertops and they cut the new ones wrong and only replaced half. The gutter fell on our deck that is deteriorating and it took them 2 months to remove which they did by cutting it in half and not replacing it at all. Our apartment got infested with bugs and they didn’t care at all for months. Worst living experience ... read more

I lived at crystal lake apartments for a few years and I loved it!! I had great neighbors that loved my dogs as much as I did. I especially loved the large garage for storage!!
great place great place to live quiet good people around you plus heating bill not so bad
Crystal Lake This is a very nice place to live. They come out as soon as you have problems. I have been here over a year and love it but I can't afford it right now. They have lights on the outside, near your back door and around you patio door.
