Knowledgeable agents with vast experience. The Halley's helped us throughout the selling process by setting expectations on timelines, leading pricing discussions with research and data, and offering advice on home prep needed for the house to sell, as well as connecting with resources to help (painter, contractor, cleaner, etc.). They gave us confidence throughout the process, and the house ended up selling at around our original expectation.

Truly amazing experience! Amazing from start to finish! I can't express how completely amazed we are about having an honest Real estate agent/broker who is not only looking out for your best interest while being thorough from start to finish. I originally got in contact with the Halleys the day after a condo I was interested in went on the market. When the condo ended up in a bidding war, they helped me navigate it and gave me great advice throughout the process. I had a lot of stress as a first time home-buyer, but they diffused all of it. I would highly recommend them.

Crystal got into action immediately. She pushed back a little bit on my timeline to give us time to make a couple of needed improvements to make the place more appealing (... read more
