After calling several times and even speaking with the guy there, no one has yet to show up to measure my windows. Now, getting someone on the phone has become almost impossible. Smh. What happened to good customer service? Has the world become so corrupted that people don't even care? Sadly, these are the same people we depend on. 🤔
First off the phone number apparently is not the right number because I've been calling it for days and there was no answer. After maybe the 4th or 5th day someone finally answered. I told him I needed some windows replaced because they were broken. He made an appointment with me to come out to my home which was only 2 miles from his business.
