My appointment was for a routine cleaning and exam, which is covered twice a year by my dental insurance. My appointment was set for 11:30am on a Saturday and I got a call at 8:00am the day of asking if I was available to come in at 9:00 or 9:30am instead. RecommendedI took my four year old son here for his first dental exam yesterday, and the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough. From reception staff, to the clinical team, the provider we saw and at check out.. my son and I both felt at ease throughout the entire experience. Dr. Sandhu was so sweet and explained everything to me that I needed to have done. She was gentle with the dental care. I honestly have never been more comfortable in a dentist's chair. I almost went to sleep while getting my cavities filled. Thank you Dr. Sandu and your staff is wonderful as well.
Beware of dentists like her who are just big money makers. So sad. Both my wife and I were lied to and two separate dentists confirmed it. My wife was told she had 6 cavities, just saw our family dentist of 30 years, and he confirmed by exam and x rays, she had ZERO cavities. It's a shame places like this are even in business.
