Dr Lauren's did my cataract surgery and the vision is better than before surgery even with glasses. Dr Lourens was amazing and the surgery was so easy and painless. After surgery I do not need glasses any more and vision is crystal clear. Great doctor, amazing and life changing experience!!! Highly recommended
I had SMILE laser eye surgery because of my very high degree of astigmatism. I had 4 units of astigmatism and always had to wear glasses all the time to see. The laser surgery itself was completely painless and extremely quick. I was talked through the whole process and nothing was unexpected. It was really over so quickly. Had cataract surgery 6 weeks ago. My surgery went extremely well and recovery was a breeze . I believe I was in the best hands possible. Dr Van Zyl is very professional and a lovely person to deal with . He explains everything and is very caring. The girls at front desk were also very helpful and friendly. Thank you kara ! Was -7 with high astigmatism and told I couldn’t have eye surgery - had lens extraction ops (1 long and 1 short) and I can read the fine print without glasses one month later. Everything so professional and highly informative. Cannot recommend more highly!!
My life has forever been changed by dr Lourens who did my laser surgery. I used to be a -6 with very high astigmatism and was always told by optometrists that I cannot get corrective surgery. Well here I am after SMILE laser eye surgery and my vision is better than 20/20 without glasses. In fact I am seeing 20/15 which is incredible. The procedure was painless and the recovery quick!
