This is the absolute worst place I have ever taken my kids. He speaks very harshly to the kids, has no patience, and is just downright RUDE. Do not waste your time here, he should be put out of business. He couldn't care less about his patients.
I don't recommend this dentist. I have Chips for my two children and was told that one had 4 cavities and one had 8!!! Both maxed out on insurance. So I figured if I was going to have to pay, then I would go to MY dentist. He told me that the remaining 4 were in fact, pre-cavities, meaning that if my son is not careful, then they will become cavities!!!!! I wasn't expecting to this..... but..... this was a great dentist. Very efficient, did an excellent job on my teeth. I went in and ended up getting a deep teeth cleaning.... My first.....was the best... Did an awesome job on my teeth... The assistants were kind and very encouraging.... I left there a happy person.... Very exceptional.... Teeth pearly white and cleaned very well.... Being that I hadn't been in thirty years... No kidding that dentist and his assistant slaved to get rid of all that build up.... Excellent!!!!!!
Don't go there. I took my teenager there that had never had a cavity & he told me he had a cavity. I said I want to see the xray, he said it is so small the xray don't show it. We go to a real dentist, he drilled almost to the nerve. So now we are looking at a root canal & a crown so that crystal dental could make a $100. They should be shut down. That is significant permanent damage.
Crystal Dental in Cleburne was very efficient, respectful, and quick to get into. My daughter's tooth broke off and they got us in that day, and did her root canal!!! I will be returning from now on!!! Thanks Crystal Dental:)
The worst of the worst..... I worked there for few months .. I can't believe how unethical there work is .. If they hired a good employee with strong ethical behavior, they lay him off .. They even don't pay us in full .. They lie and forge and use any unethical illegal way to collect money from patients and from medicaid.. Please PATIENTS DON'T GO THERE if you are looking for quality care..
The only thing worse than the customer service is the actual dentistry. After a "full exam" my wife returned to have 6 cavities filled and uponing arriving home discovered another very visible cavity that had been ignored. The next day the dentist told her it was a new cavity. When I went to speak to them no one would talk to me and they sent a receptionist to relay their message that was essentially that they would not do anything to fix their oversight.
