Best Nurses and Doctors I had way better than the hospital that i was going to prior would definitely recommend. Had herniated disc surgery and they made sure I was comfortable and not thirsty. Thank you guys for helping me through the pain and Mary Beth was very nice and caring shame some had bad experiences.
Beware these people don't like minorities !!! the nurse MARY BETH called me an N multiple times and also made up lies about me to her staff. If you are a minority don't go here, if the rest of the staff is like Mary Beth they will harm you!!
I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a hospital where I was to recieve surgeries services. The front desk lady was entirely just so rude. I ended up leaving and now I'm going elsewhere. I don't care that she was a black woman, it was her character not her color.
BEWARE!!!! officer Gall Works at this location. he's a "officer" security guard for summa. This "officer" is DANGEROUS!!!! HE didn't like the fact that I was filing a complaint against an employee so he called my doctors office and made up lies about me!!! this man went so far as to say I assaulted someone. IF I assaulted someone, don't you think he would've arrested me??? if you ever have to interact with this man RECORD THE INTERACTION!!! this man has no business being an "officer"
I think 1 isnt fair but i have to put something there. If they can't operate they told us they can't help us so go to pain management
