Best Dental office ever. No wait time. Even though they are busy! They give it to you straight, give you all the options, and don't try and do unnecessary dentistry. I highly recommend them!!!
Even though I was worried about having four extractions done Dr. Mekonnen put me at ease the surgery went off without a hitch, in fact, I never had any pain just minimal soreness. The doctor and the staff work is amazing...They treated me with kindness and compassion. Thank you Crystal Clear Family Dentistry Iwill never need another dentist!!!!
I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I'm not the type to get upset quickly or after a single mistake. But after a few years of sticking it out and trying to allow them to make up for mistakes and improve, I've gotten to the point that I don't think they are capable of either. We have had a number of problems with them from dental assistants mistreating my child, fillings that my son had to have replaced multiple times because it kept coming out, and rude office staff. The last straw
Will not follow up with patients if there are complications after her work! Staff is terribly disorganized and unprofessional. Had to involve other physicians and specialists!
I have been a patient since 2015. At first it was great. Dr. Sarah seemed interested and her staff was great, but often observed the dentist scolding staff which made myself and my wife uncomfortable. Over the past couple of years there has been numerous staff changes and overall quality of care has seemed to decline. My family continued to go here due to convience but there has been so many recent lab errors, insurance errors and scheduling problems that we felt forced to change dentist.
I came in with a tooth ache last minute right before the office closed, she dodnt mind and was able to help me out I felt more like Dr Sarah's family than her patient. The lady in the front when I called was really sweet she seemed sympathize with me dont know her name but she has nice teeth.
