Beautiful and inviting space with no detail missed. Responsive management and charming staff. Front desk: both welcoming and efficient. Dental assistants are impossibly top-notch and kind. And Dr. Sarah is just so incredibly light-hearted, empathetic, and vastly skilled at her craft. I honestly cannot express my gratitude enough to this team. Needless to say, I left smiling. Such a welcoming environment overall. I highly recommend them.
Made appt the lady that took appt was a space cadet. Couldn't get spelling, dates, times right. Never text new patient forms. And we show up for appts. Doors are locked. No one inside. Unprofessional
I had my first appointment with Dr. Mekonnen yesterday and I will be back! They answered all my questions over the phone, it was easy to make an appointment, the staff were friendly, and the facility looks absolutly great. Lori made me feel very comfortable and was so kind to me. I have already recommended them to my family and friends!
