Dr. Abernathy helped my son with a stomach/digestive problem he had been having off and on for almost a year. I had a very nice negative experience. She works from home. Isn't knowledgable enough to treat severely sick people. I became much much sicker and never was able to get back out of it.
I first met Dr Abernathy a little more than 9 years ago. It has absolutely changed my life. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of naturopathic medicine as well as medicine & wellness in general... She took time in the initial meeting and appeared very knowledgeable; however, she is defensive when one does not fully agree with her. In addition, she makes excuses & can have a superior attitude. I would not recommend her to others.
Dr. Abernathy is WONDERFUL!! After 4 years of an off and on skin condition, she was the only one who actually ran a comprehensive blood and stool tests to get to the bottom of my problem. No one else took the time to do this. With her knowledge and my test results, we are working on the root cause to be sure it doesn't happen again. I would highly recommend her to any one is in need of someone who will work with them to figure out their problem!

She did comprehensive blood work on me to see the FULL picture of what was going on and isn't restricted by you just being with the normal range.
