The whole body cryotherapy was amazing, and Sean and Vanessa were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable it was a great experience! Can't wait to go back and try more!
Sean and Vanessa are awesome!!! They explain everything to a T and answer all questions!! I slept better last night and woke up feeling refreshed and no back pain!!!

Admittedly I was a little nervous on my first visit. Vanessa immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience amazing. Felt the benefit after the first session and can't wait for more.
