This place is amazing! I immediately noticed improvements, being a student it has really helped me with my focus during school, and with getting better sleep too. The 3 minutes even go by very fast. I also love coming in and seeing the owners, their positive energy really brightens your day. Definitely recommend!
I have to say I was hesitant at first, but after two visits I was hooked. I feel better I sleep better, its so addicting, (a good healthy addiction) Sean and Vanessa are absolutely the sweetest people, they make you feel so welcome and relaxed. 3 minutes goes by like 30 seconds. I absolutely LOVE IT!
