I am 45 years old and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 2 hours a day every day. I am currently training for the senior world's championships. I suffer from spinal stenosis and a handful of other ailments related to my training. Cryotherapy has helped to significantly reduce inflammation and pain in my joints and has helped with circulation issues. I strongly encourage people that suffer from any sports or overuse related injuries to give this a try!
