I was a bit nervous as I’m not a fan of the cold, but it went by quickly and I heated back up right away. I felt great overall the rest of the day and my legs, I’m a runner, felt like I could go run a marathon. Highly recommend.
RecommendedI have severe pain issues. Honestly when I went I didn’t think it would work. The difference in my pain level is amazing! I recommend that anyone with chronic pain issues try it out! It has also helped with my depression and mood!! I have lost weight in only 3 sessions. I love it!

This is totally awesome. I am 56 yo and started playing softball again. Pulled a hamstring the first week 1 session had me back on the field 1 week later. I bought 5 more sessions and have went when I was feeling worn out and sore. It really works, I am sold on this.
The benefits of cryotherapy are so amazing, I was thrilled to find out that we have a center nearby!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they made us feel very welcome. My husband and I will most definitely be back!
