I am extremely thankful that my husband and I chose Cryo-Cell to store our daughter's Cord blood. The attention and service received was professional and courteous..I will and have recommended this to all parents ready to start a family.. It will be the best investment you will ever make for your children!!
I first used Cryo-cell 12 years ago with the birth of our daughter. Te customer service was so wonderful we did not hesitate to use them again in 2011 with the birth of our new daughter. Even though the price has gone up in 12 years we were please to know that we received a discount. We would recommend cryo-cell to all expecting parents.
My transaction was very easy; they were very helpful and responded to every question I had in a timely manner. The only place that could improve is their chat services, but then again is hard to communicate when you are not in person. Overall, I will really recommend them to my friends.
I am pleased with this company. I started my process late and they were super fast to send me everything needed. I am happy I picked this company. hopefully I wont have any issues in the future. I pray I would never need it either but just in case I thank God I made the right choice
