The process was super simple and they were willing to work with me as I was unexpectedly told I was having a C-Section and I did not have the package. The package arrived in record time and we were able to collect all of the samples they needed. We called the toll free number and again, great service and they picked up the package very quickly. We had great customer service with cryo-cell. Our representative was helpful and friendly. A local courier quickly picked up our stem cell package once it was complete. We would use them again.
The customer service was excellent and they come highly recommended. The kit was easy enough to use and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went and the level of service I received.
