Negatives: Our initial move in date was pushed back because the place wasn’t clean. When we moved in there were a lot of insects and spiders scurrying across the floor. The doors and windows were drafty causing the unit to run constantly. Usually I don't do that, I don't post comments on social media or any web. I'm posting this to say that I never realized I was dealing with a bunch of thieves and it would not be fair to stay silent. This company Crye-leike employs a bunch of thieves that steal professionally clients direct deposit so that they can have a big bonus i believe. A realtor named Daniel Clark appears to be feeding my brother a line of bull.He is the landlord for the duplex I was sharing with my brother.Entire unit had to be replaced. We end up on a Friday with no air in this heat.I had sent him numerous texts that the air is not fixed.80° in my room upstairs.Im not being allowed to get my belongings due to the lies he's telling the brother.That I had no rights,abandoned the place.My name was never added to the lease(brother moved in September)I mov... read more
