Absolutely amazing here! Breathtaking views and well kept grounds. Staff is courteous and respectful as can be and meet your needs immediately. Even the compactor rooms are well kept. Never have to worry about a package. Concierge is extremely helpful. Pool and the pier are icing on the cake. A pool with an absolutely gorgeous view and an amazing pier great for just relaxing on or even going fishing on. Laundry rooms on premise. This place is like a resort!

Cryder Point is a residential community that engenders a contented life interacting with its competent, courteous, helpful and pleasant staff from door persons to porters. Management, led by our Resident Manager, is responsive and action-oriented within reasonable extent. It has beautiful, well-kept grounds, clean common areas and swimming pool with a gorgeous water view. Compactor rooms are tidy. I used to work here back in the '80s security guard while I was in high school and when Henry was the super and Jack was one of the doormans and an angel was one of the porters all great to work with and can't forget Juan and George and Jimmy. The residents were all great very safe and secure neighborhood. I come on here from time to time but this time I wanted to say something. I wish to return and reside there after I retired New York City Transit bus operator 26 years still going.
