They do not take responsibility for autos coming off the track and allowing cars behind that auto to be damaged when the track continues causing a wreck such as my brand new car that now needs to have a new grill and is an eye sore. After being a loyal customer and even having an unlimited wash membership,.. Loyalty, customer service, and doing the ethical right thing, is non existent! I would strongly advise going else where, where those are a huge factor. shame on you Mister Car Wash!!!
I tried Mister since they took over on a few occasions. Each time very disappointed. This time I decided to try the "Platinum" hoping it would be better and also being told that it would clean the rims and remove the dirt, brake dust, etc.... Definitely was not worth it. High Prices, Lower Quality
This place can cause damage to you license plate
since they bought out cruze thru, the washes are crappy and the dryers do not dry. I will use my last car wash on my card and will not buy anymore. the prices also went up by 25%.
