About this business

This is one of the most popular restaurants in Beverly Hills. The Euro-Vietnamese interior was designed by Elizabeth An. To enter the main dining area, you must walk through a beautiful aquarium passageway called Walk on Water. The food is divine, and on Friday nights a flurry of celebrities can be seen dining here. It has been profiled many times in reputed papers and magazines, such as The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Le Figaro, Food and Wine and Bon Appétit.

I found that if you go to crustaceans for lunch and you order the garlic crab it's not as seasoned all the way through and marinated because I guess it has not been marinated enough for the day. But when I go at night for dinner I get better flavor.and my crab didn't have enough butter, it was very dry. I was really disappointed on my birthday. And my garlic noodles were dry. But I did enjoy my lobster mango salad that was fantastic.

If the request for the Last Supper were to be made, Crustacean would fit the bill! Excellent fine dining experience, heavenly and delicious cuisine! 1st timers go for the Tiger Prawns and Garlic Noodles! Totally sublime! We will definitely return our next time in Los Angeles. Five stars all the way!
