Dont bother with this group. Greed is all they care about. Would not even give me an appointment without the insurance information. I would have paid cash but they only wanted insurance so they could do insurance fraud and charge them more than necessary. Shame on a mental health place for being this way. maybe they need some self treatment.
I highly recommend Dr. Yusuff’s office. All of her staff is welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, endearing and the list goes on which for mental health it’s important to feel comfortable and at ease. It was a process to find a Dr but I’m glad we ended up at Cruse Medical. I read all previous reviews and haven’t had the slightest experience. Yes, the wait time is a bit long but I wouldn’t want to be rushed and regardless of which Drs office you go to you won’t be seen immediately (we all know that).
