Where do I start? How about from the moment you walk in you are made to feel uncomfortable because both receptionist don’t smile don’t greet you & are just straight rude & cold. (mind you on a sunny day there is a glare on the window in front of them & you can’t see their faces as to know which one of them said it’s OK to walk forward) so when you look at them, & you say which one of you just said as your walking forward & they roll their eyes at you then they put their hand up! When you try to search for walk-in clinic, this specifically comes up as open. This clinic refused my service for walk in.
They don’t truly help people here or care about what’s actually going on with you. They’ve dealt with so much BS over the years—week after week—that it’s turned them into the kind of doctors, nurses, etc., they once swore they’d never become. That's not 100% of the people working in their, but the doctors, well thats a different story.
