Great cardio equipment. Pleasant staff. Could be more interactive by making rounds on the floor to give. Help or suggestions on machine use.
I came to this gym yesterday nd joined nd i think its nice so far. Although they don't have a stream room or a sauna like The Y, I think its goina work for me because you can park free nd its easy to get to other places so we'll see how this goes . . .
